Booking deposits and balances

• Bookings of four hours or less require full payment at booking.
• Half-day and full-day bookings longer than four hours require 50% at booking, with the balance due 48 hours before the reservation.
• Bookings made less than 48 hours in advance require full payment when booked.

What rental time includes

Rental time includes load-in, setup, recording or filming, breakdown and load-out. Reservations begin and end at the contracted times regardless of arrival time. Additional time is subject to availability and billed at the applicable overtime rate.

For Podcast Room A, the included equipment orientation does not reduce paid recording time. Additional time is billed at $25 per hour, prorated to actual additional time.

For Podcast Room A, arrival more than 20 minutes late may lead to cancellation. Entry and departure checklists are initialed.

General cancellation and refund policy

Massage and wellness practitioner reservations

Practitioner reservations follow the rules below instead of the general cancellation policy.

• Payment is required when the room is booked.
• Same-day reservations are available when space permits and must be paid before room access.
• Recurring reservations require a prepaid package or prepaid session credits.
• Walk-in or last-minute requests require payment before the treatment room is used.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation may receive a full refund or credit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows forfeit the session charge.
• The reservation remains payable if the practitioner’s client cancels or does not attend.

• Preferred direct payment: ACH.
• Card payment: Chase QuickAccept.

Payment instructions are provided by the studio after an inquiry is reviewed. This website does not process payments.
